Following are the guidelines for establishing public or private interconnections with the GameRail Network:
| | • | Have a fully staffed Network Operations Center operating and reachable by phone and e-mail 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |
| • | Have and provide a defined escalation path for resolving emergency network issues in a timely fashion. |
| • | Work with GameRail to jointly plan capacity planning on interconnection augmentation to accommodate traffic growth and minimize the possibility of latency or packet loss between both networks. |
| • | Only announce routes from your network or downstream providers to which you provide service. |
| • | Never announce routes from upstream providers. |
| • | Never establish a static route, a route of last resort, or otherwise send traffic to GameRail for a route not announced by GameRail via BGP. |
| • | Never use the GameRail network for transit, or engage in any other routing manipulation that causes the GameRail network to provide transit to other networks. |
